MIAX Options Exchange (“MIAX Options”) is a registered national securities exchange, operating a fully automated electronic options trading platform to buy or sell securities with a continuous, automated pro-rata allocation matching function. MIAX Options is also a self-regulatory organization and is charged with providing a fair and equitable marketplace by ensuring the participants in its marketplace comply with all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
