MGEX is a fully electronic, vertically integrated futures exchange and clearing house established in 1882 and offering access to innovative products, as well as commodity products such as Hard Red Spring Wheat futures and options on futures.
Hard Red Spring Wheat
The flagship contract of MGEX™, Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW), has traded continuously since its inception. HRSW futures and options are traded exclusively electronically on the CME Globex® Platform.
Vertically integrated clearinghouse with an unrestricted DCO license
Recognized by the CFTC as a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) and Designated Contract Market (DCM), MGEX unrestricted DCO license allows us to offer margin on cleared futures positions.
