Membership
Membership allows eligible firms and individuals to receive preferential rates on their proprietary trading of applicable products when such proprietary trading activity is conducted in accordance with MIAX Futures Rules and Policies. Prospective Members must apply and be approved by the Exchange. Market Participants can become Commodities Members, Financials Members, or both. Clearing Membership is distinct from Exchange Membership. To review Clearing Membership information, please visit the Clearing Membership page.
To inquire about Membership, email the Membership Department with your firm’s name, contact information, and what information you are seeking.
To initiate the Membership application process, download and complete the Application form linked below. Submit applications via email to the Membership Department.
Firms seeking to add an additional product class to their existing Membership must submit the Membership Supplemental Application to be approved as a Member for the new product class (e.g. Firms approved as a Commodities Member must apply and be approved as a Financials Member to receive discounted rates for Financials products also).

Membership fees are as follows. To review product fees, see the Fee Schedules. Note that Membership has replaced the legacy MGEX Trading Permit and Preferred Rate Programs.
