MGEX™ Rulebook
The Minneapolis Grain Exchange (MGEX) is a registered exchange and clearing house with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Subpart C Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO). MGEX provides DCM and DCO services in an array of asset classes. MGEX is also a self-regulatory organization and is charged with providing a fair and equitable marketplace by ensuring participants in its marketplace comply will all applicable Rules.
