Harish Jayabalan

Executive Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Risk Officer

Harish Jayabalan has served as Chief Risk Officer of the MIAX Exchanges since joining MIH in August 2011 and as an Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of MIH since September 2022. He has also served as the Chief information Security Officer of MIH since September 2017. Prior to joining MIH, Harish served as Risk Manager for Risk Management and SEC ARP compliance at Direct Edge, and as Audit Risk Review Manager at Citigroup from November 2007 to March 2010.
