Douglas M. Schafer Jr. has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Company since March 2011. Mr. Schafer also serves as President of Miami International Technologies since March 2011. Mr. Schafer also served as a director of the Company from March 2011 until July 2025. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Schafer served in a number of positions with the Philadelphia Stock Exchange (now, NASDAQ PHLX LLC) from 1993 to 2008 and as Vice President of Derivatives Trading Systems Development for Nasdaq OMX PHLX LLC (now, NASDAQ PHLX LLC) from 2008 until March 2011.
