Douglas M. Schafer Jr. has served as Executive Vice President, Chief information Officer and a Director of MIH since March 2011. Mr. Schafer has also served as president of Miami International Technologies since 2011. Prior to joining MIH, Mr. Schafer served in a number of positions with the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and as Vice President of Derivatives Trading Systems Development for Nasdaq OMX PHLX.
