MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM)
Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, November 21, 2018. On that date, the current NMM option class will change to NMM1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list NMM1 options. Therefore, no options on NMM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, November 21, 2018. Navios Maritime Partners L.P. (NMM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, November 23, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NMM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
