MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) and PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. (MYPS)
Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) has announced a distribution and PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. (MYPS) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, October 1, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list CTVA1 and MYPS1 options. Therefore, no options on CTVA and MYPS will be available for trading on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) and PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc. (MYPS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Friday, October 2, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CTVA and MYPS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
