U.S. Options

Beginning November 9, 2026, the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will offer firms the ability to purchase eight additional Limited Service Ports per matching engine for the MIAX Express Interface (MEI) in conjunction with the increase in available customer-facing edge switches from six to ten previously announced in the  April 20, 2026 and September 18, 2026 Alerts. 
 
Requests for additional Limited Service Ports must be submitted by November 2, 2026 to be available on November 9, 2026. Requests received after November 2, 2026 will be accommodated on a best-efforts basis.

The eight new ports will be in addition to the ten Limited Service MEI Ports per matching engine that are currently available for purchase. MEI Interface users will now be limited to purchasing 18  additional Limited Service MEI Ports per matching engine, for a maximum of 22 ports per matching engine. Additional Limited Service MEI Ports are subject to the fees described in the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange Fee Schedule.
