MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Noah Holdings Limited (NOAH)
Noah Holdings Limited (NOAH) has announced a Special Cash Diviend effective for Thursday, July 9, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list NOAH1 options. Therefore, no options on NOAH will be available for trading on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
Noah Holdings Limited (NOAH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Friday, July 10, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NOAH will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
