U.S. Options

Beginning June 1, 2026, a new Trade-by-Trade Report will be available for monthly subscription and historical data purchase for the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options exchanges.

1. Trade-by-Trade Report Details:
   1. The Trade-by-Trade Report will provide recipients with comprehensive trade level detail for each trade executed on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, and MIAX Emerald Options exchanges, with each row in the report representing one side of a single trade event.
   2. The report includes trade date, session, trade time, trade ID, complex trade ID, transaction ID, underlying symbol, expiration, strike, type (i.e., put or call), penny or non-penny class, trade quantity, trade price, side (buy or sell), open/close indicator, origin, market context indicators, and a trade segment code for each trade side record.
      1. The Trade-by-Trade Report for MIAX Pearl Options Exchange subscribers will not contain complex trade ID details.
   3. Trade-by-Trade history is available for each exchange dating back to the following years and months. MIAX Options: January 2013; MIAX Pearl Options: March 2017; and MIAX Emerald Options: March 2019.
   4. The reports will be available via the MIAX SFTP site.
2. The Trade-by-Trade Report will be subject to fees announced in a future alert and pending filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
