MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Lamar Advertising Company (LAMR) and Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN)
Lamar Advertising Company (LAMR) and Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) have announced distributions. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, December 22, 2025. LAMR and MAIN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MAIN and LAMR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 19, 2025.
