MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol AACT (KDK) Effective Thursday, September 25, 2025

Ares Acquisition Corporation II (AACT) has a name and symbol change to Kodiak AI, Inc. (KDK) and transfers primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Global Market (NASDAQ) on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options, and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
