MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Costamare Inc. (CMRE)
Costamare Inc. (CMRE) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, May 7, 2025. On this date, the current CMRE option class will change to CMRE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list CMRE1 options. Therefore, no options on CMRE will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
Costamare Inc. (CMRE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, May 8, 2025.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CMRE will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
