MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: American Well Corporation (AMWL)
American Well Corporation (AMWL) has announced a stock split effective for Thursday, July 11, 2024. On that date, the current AMWL option class will change to AMWL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AMWL1 options. Therefore, no options on AMWL will be available for trading on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
American Well Corporation (AMWL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, July 12, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMWL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
