MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options Exchanges - Update to the Complex Liquidity Taker Report

The MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options Exchanges introduced the Complex Liquidity Taker Report on March 1, 2022.  

  • Currently, the Complex Liquidity Taker Report includes data for executions and contra-side responses that occurred within 200 microseconds of the time the resting order was received by MIAX Options or MIAX Emerald Options. Beginning Monday, April 15, 2024, the data will be based on executions and contra-side responses occurring within 400 microseconds of the time the resting order was received by MIAX Options or MIAX Emerald Options.
  • There are no other changes to the Complex Liquidity Taker Report for MIAX Options or MIAX Emerald Options.
  • For a complete description of the Complex Liquidity Taker Report, please refer to MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald Options Rule 531(b).
