Edward Deitzel is Executive Vice President, Chief Regulatory Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, serving as Chief Regulatory Officer since March 2009 and Chief Compliance Officer since October 2015.  Prior to joining MIH, Mr. Deitzel held a number of positions in surveillance at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.
