MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TransEnterix Inc. (TRXC) Name and Symbol Change to Asensus Surgical, Inc. (ASXC)

TransEnterix Inc. (TRXC) will have a name and symbol change to Asensus Surgical, Inc. (ASXC) effective on Friday, March 5, 2021.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRXC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 4, 2021. 

NOTE: ASXC options will trade on Cloud 1 on the MIAX Options Exchange, the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
