MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (AHT)
Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (AHT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, July 16, 2020. On that date, the current AHT option class will change to AHT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AHT1 options. Therefore, no options on AHT will be available for trading on Thursday, July 16, 2020.
Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (AHT) will resume trading on the the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, July 17, 2020.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AHT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 15, 2020.
