MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: QuickLogic Corporation (QUIK)

QuickLogic Corporation (QUIK) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, December 24, 2019.  On that date, the current QUIK option class will change to QUIK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list QUIK1 options. Therefore, no options on QUIK will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. 

QuickLogic Corporation (QUIK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, December 26, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QUIK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 23, 2019.
