MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Teekay Tankers Ltd. (TNK)
Teekay Tankers Ltd. (TNK) has announced a 1-for-8 reverse stock split effective for Monday, November 25, 2019. On that date, the current TNK option class will change to TNK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TNK1 options. Therefore, no options on TNK will be available for trading on Monday, November 25, 2019.
Teekay Tankers Ltd. (TNK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, November 26, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TNK will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 22, 2019.
