MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: HCP, Inc. (HCP) name and symbol change to Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (PEAK)
HCP, Inc. (HCP) will have a name and symbol change to Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (PEAK) effective on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HCP will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 4, 2019.
NOTE: PEAK options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange beginning on November 5, 2019.
