MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Keane Group, Inc. (FRAC) name and symbol change to NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (NEX)

Keane Group, Inc. (FRAC) will have a name and symbol change to NexTier Oilfield Solutions Inc. (NEX) effective on Thursday, October 31, 2019. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FRAC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. 

NOTE: NEX options will trade on Cloud 13 on the MIAX Options Exchange and on Cloud 6 on the MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange beginning October 31, 2019.
