Changes to Opening and Intra-day Quote Width Requirements and Minimum Standard Quote Size Requirements for SHOP and TLRY Beginning September 30, 2019

MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald will increase the opening and intra-day Market Maker valid quote width from $5.00 to $10.00 and will decrease the minimum Market Maker standard quote size requirement from ten (10) contracts to one (1) contract for Shopify, Inc. (SHOP).
 
In addition, MIAX Options and MIAX Emerald will decrease the opening and intra-day Market Maker valid quote width from $10.00 to $5.00 and will increase the minimum Market Maker standard quote size requirement from one (1) contract to ten (10) contracts for Tilray, Inc. (TLRY).
 
The above changes will be effective on Monday, September 30, 2019.
