MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (JEF)
Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (JEF) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, September 27, 2019. On that date, the current JEF option class will change to JEF1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list JEF1 options. Therefore, no options on JEF will be available for trading on Friday, September 27, 2019.
Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (JEF) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, September 30, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in JEF will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, September 26, 2019.
