MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: TravelCenters of America LLC (TA)

TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) has announced a reverse split effective for Thursday, August 1, 2019.  On that date, the current TA option class will change to TA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TA1 options. Therefore, no options on TA will be available for trading on Thursday, August 1, 2019. 

TravelCenters of America LLC (TA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX PEARL Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, August 2, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.
