MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (TLP)

TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (TLP) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Wednesday, February 27, 2019.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TLP will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 26, 2019.

Details about the TransMontaigne Partners L.P. (TLP) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
