MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX)
Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, February 11, 2019. On that date, the current CLDX option class will change to CLDX1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list CLDX1 options. Therefore, no options on CLDX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, February 11, 2019. Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. (CLDX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CLDX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 8, 2019.
