MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Randgold Resources Limited (GOLD)
Randgold Resources Limited (GOLD) has announced an adjustment effective for Wednesday, January 2, 2019. On that date, the current GOLD option class will change to GOLD1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list GOLD1 options. Therefore, no options on GOLD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Randgold Resources Limited (GOLD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, January 3, 2019.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in GOLD will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 31, 2018.
