MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: VMware, Inc. (VMW)
VMware, Inc. (VMW) has announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, December 31, 2018. VMW options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in VMW will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 28, 2018.
