MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Sonic Corporation (SONC)
Sonic Corporation (SONC) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Monday, December 10, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SONC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 7, 2018.
Details about the Sonic Corporation (SONC) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
