MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: BioTime, Inc. (BTX)
BioTime, Inc. (BTX) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, November 29, 2018. On that date, the current BTX option class will change to BTX1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list BTX1 options. Therefore, no options on BTX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 29, 2018. BioTime, Inc. (BTX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, November 30, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BTX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 28, 2018.
