MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting of Zoes Kitchen, Inc. (ZOES)
Zoe’s Kitchen, Inc. (ZOES) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, November 23, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ZOES will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.
Details about the Zoe’s Kitchen, Inc. (ZOES) merger are provided in the attached OCC memo.
