MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Trinity Industries, Inc. (TRN)
Trinity Industries, Inc. (TRN) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, November 1, 2018. On that date, the current TRN option class will change to TRN1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list TRN1 options. Therefore, no options on TRN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Thursday, November 1, 2018. Trinity Industries, Inc. (TRN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Friday, November 2, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 31, 2018.
