MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (PFSI)

PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (PFSI) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, August 10, 2018. PFSI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PFSI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 9, 2018.
