MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: DDR Corporation (DDR)
DDR Corporation (DDR) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, July 2, 2018. On that date, the current DDR option class will change to DDR2. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list DDR2 options. Therefore, no options on DDR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, July 2, 2018. DDR Corporation (DDR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DDR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 29, 2018.
