MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Autoliv, Inc. (ALV)
Autoliv, Inc. (ALV) has announced a distribution effective for Monday, July 2, 2018. On that date, the current ALV option class will change to ALV1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list ALV1 options. Therefore, no options on ALV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, July 2, 2018. Autoliv, Inc. (ALV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, July 3, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ALV will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 29, 2018.
