MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)
Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has announced a Stock Dividend effective for Monday, April 2, 2018. On that date, the current BBD option class will change to BBD1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list BBD1 options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, April 2, 2018. Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BBD will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 29, 2018.
