MIAX Options - Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options for Newly Listed Option Class DBX Effective Thursday, March 29, 2018
MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2018-21 identifies the newly listed option class Dropbox, Inc. (DBX) that will start trading on MIAX Options beginning Thursday, March 29, 2018, and, as set forth in MIAX Options Rule 503(d), MIAX Options shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
