MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (MDC)
M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (MDC) has announced a stock dividend effective for Monday, December 4, 2017. On that date, the current MDC option class will change to MDC1. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list MDC1 options. Therefore, no options on MDC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, December 4, 2017. M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (MDC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, December 5, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MDC will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 1, 2017.
