MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Camtek Ltd. (CAMT) and PICO Holdings, Inc. (PICO)
Camtek Ltd. (CAMT) and PICO Holdings, Inc. (PICO) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. CAMT and PICO options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CAMT and PICO will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 20, 2017.
