MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Delisting Alert: TerraVia Holdings, Inc. (TVIA)

TerraVia Holdings, Inc. (TVIA) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges effective on Friday, August 11, 2017.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TVIA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 10, 2017.

Details about the TerraVia Holdings, Inc. (TVIA) move to the OTC market are provided in the attached OCC memo.
