MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert: Frontier Communications Corporation (FTR)
Frontier Communications Corporation (FTR) has announced a reverse stock split that will become effective on Monday, July 10, 2017. On that date the current FTR option class will change to FTR1. The MIAX Options Exchanges will not list FTR1 options. Therefore, no options on FTR will be available for trading on Monday, July 10, 2017. FTR will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Tuesday, July 11, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FTR will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, July 7, 2017.
