MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Rex Energy Corporation (REXX)
Rex Energy Corporation (REXX) has announced a reverse stock split. The reverse split will become effective on Monday, May 15, 2017. On that date the current REXX option class will change to REXX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list REXX1 options. Therefore, no options on REXX will be available for trading on Monday, May 15, 2017. REXX will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in REXX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 12, 2017.
