MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Corporate Action Alert UPDATE: PharmAthene Inc. (PIP) and Altimmune, Inc merger
PharmAthene Inc. (PIP) will change to ALT2 effective for today, Friday, May 5, 2017. The MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges will not list ALT2 options. Therefore, no options on ALT2 will be available for trading today on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges. PIP will resume trading on the MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL Exchanges on Monday, May 8, 2017 under its new name and symbol, Altimmune, Inc. (ALT).
NOTE: ALT options will trade on Cloud 1 on MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL.
