MIAX Options and MIAX Pearl Corporate Action Alert: PharmAthene Inc. (PIP) and Altimmune, Inc merger
PharmAthene Inc. (PIP) and Altimmune, Inc completed merger has become effective. On Friday, May 5, 2017 PharmAthene Inc. (PIP) will change its name and equity symbol to Altimmune, Inc (ALT). Option symbol PIP will also change to ALT.
NOTE: ALT options will trade on Cloud 1 on MIAX Options and MIAX PEARL.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PIP will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 4, 2017.
