MIAX PEARL Exchange: Resolved Potential Issue Upon Receipt of a Post-Only Order

Please be advised that MIAX PEARL has resolved the issue announced on February 28, 2017 where a marketable Post-Only Order that arrives on the opposite side of the market of a resting Post-Only Order which is being managed against the ABBO was canceled instead of accepted.
 
The new functionality, where such marketable Post-Only Orders will be accepted rather than canceled, will be available as follows:

  • March 13, 2017 for symbols beginning with the letters O, P, Q and R
  • March 14, 2017 for SPY
  • March 15, 2017 for all remaining symbols
