MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SITE Centers Corporation (SITC)
SITE Centers Corporation (SITC) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Friday, November 6, 2026. The MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will not list SITC1 options. Therefore, no options on SITC will be available for trading on Friday, November 6, 2026.
SITE Centers Corporation (SITC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges on Monday, November 9, 2026.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SITC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
