MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - iShares ETF Stock Splits

The following iShares ETFs have announced stock splits. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, November 5, 2026.

  • iShares MSCI EAFE Value ETF (EFV)
  • iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense ETF (ITA)
  • iShares MSCI USA Momentum Factor ETF (MTUM)
  • iShares MSCI USA Quality Factor ETF (QUAL)
  • iShares Semiconductor ETF (SOXX)
The above iShares ETF options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in EFV, ITA, MTUM, QUAL and SOXX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
