U.S. Options

As previously announced in the October 9, 2026 Alert, beginning December 7, 2026, the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will offer firms the ability to purchase eight additional Limited Service Ports per matching engine for the MIAX Express Order (MEO).

1. This is in conjunction with the increase in available customer-facing edge switches from six to ten previously announced in the  October 9, 2026 and November 2, 2026 Alerts. 
2. Requests for additional Limited Service Ports must be submitted by Monday, November 23, 2026 to be available on Monday, December 7, 2026.
   1. Requests received after November 23, 2026 will be accommodated on a best-efforts basis.
3. The eight new ports will be in addition to the ten Limited Service MEO Ports per matching engine that are currently available for purchase.
   1. MEO Interface users will now be limited to purchasing 18 additional Limited Service MEO Ports per matching engine, for a maximum of 22 ports per matching engine.
   2. Additional Limited Service MEO Ports are subject to the fees described in the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange Fee Schedule.
